Transparent pricing

Prices for websites, online stores and SEO

The prices we work at: a website from 500 EUR, an online store from 1,350 EUR, the advanced SEO package 390 EUR one-time, maintenance 50 EUR a month and ad management from 290 EUR a month, all excluding VAT. The final price depends on the goal and the scope. So first we define what the solution has to achieve, then we prepare a proposal you can read, broken down by part.

Price list

Indicative prices, without the guessing

Below are the prices we work at. All exclude VAT; 22 percent is added on the invoice. On larger projects the final price is set by scope, which we discuss on the intro call and write into an itemized proposal.

The two ranges overlap on purpose. The price is decided by complexity, not by the type of project. A presentation site with accounts, logins and three languages can cost more than a simple store with thirty products and one payment method. So for both we say what moves you up the range, and only then write a number.

What affects the price?

Website pricing based on what you actually need

In one place we explain what a website costs, what an online store costs and what SEO costs. The final proposal depends on the goal, the scope and the state of the content and systems you already have.

A WordPress website build

Website development: price

The price is driven by the number of pages, how original the design is, the copy, the languages, the forms, the integrations and the editing system chosen.

What a build includes →
A WooCommerce online store

Online store development: price

What matters is the catalog, the product variants, the payments, the shipping, the stock, the accounting links and the data migration.

What a store includes →
SEO: Google search and growth

SEO: price

The scope depends on the competition, the size of the site, its technical state, the content, and how fast you want the improvements made.

How to get a proposal

Three things for a realistic figure

Tell us the goal, where you stand today and the deadline you want. If something is still unclear, we help you sort through the options without adding features you do not need.

1. The goal

What should the project improve: the presentation, the inquiries, the sales, the visibility or the efficiency?

2. The scope

Which content, features, languages and integrations do you need at launch?

3. The starting point

Do you already have a site, content, photos, a brand, analytics and the technical access?

No hidden line items

Eight things that set the price

We do not calculate a price by multiplying the page count by a fixed amount. Below is everything that genuinely affects the amount of work, so you know what we will ask and why.

Scope

How many pages, languages and forms; whether you need a blog, a references section and landing pages; how many products or services you present; and who enters the content.

Complexity of the features

A presentation site is not the same project as one with bookings, payments, a store, automated emails, a CRM connection or a custom configurator.

How much of the work we take on

If you have the copy ready, good photos and a brand identity, the project costs less. If we build the structure, the copy, the visuals and the SEO, there is considerably more work.

Project strategy

Building a website is one thing. Thinking through how it will produce inquiries, which call to action to use and what happens after somebody submits the form is another.

Complexity of the design

Between a straightforward business presentation and a premium look with animation and a specially tuned mobile layout, the number of review rounds differs a great deal.

What happens if the system fails

A contact form carries little risk. A booking with payment, cancellation and automatic confirmation carries a lot. The more that can go wrong, the more testing and safeguarding is needed.

Deadline

A normal deadline means a normal price. If you need the project prioritized, other projects get moved, and that shows in the proposal.

Coordination

A project with one decision-maker runs differently from one with five. Meetings, gathering material and reconciling feedback are the part of the work most often overlooked.

Where we do not publish a price

Three cases where one number would mislead

We would rather write down what we do not have yet than post a price we would withdraw a week later.

For these three services the scope varies so much between clients that one price for everyone would be either too high for someone or unsustainable for us. So we say what sets the price and prepare it after a conversation. Every other price on this page holds exactly as written.

Questions

Short and clear answers

Answers to the questions we hear most often before an engagement starts.

Because the scope depends on the number of pages, the design, preparing the content, the languages, the functionality, the integrations and the state of the material you already have.

The monthly services have a fixed price. Website maintenance is 50 EUR a month and blog post automation is 250 EUR a month. Project prices, such as a website or a store build, are set after a conversation, because they depend on the factors above.

Hosting, domains and paid licenses are shown separately in the proposal, so the upfront and the recurring costs are both clear.

Yes. Larger projects can be split into a necessary first version and later improvements, as long as the experience still makes sense that way.

No, the prices here exclude VAT. Kevin Korenika s.p. is VAT registered in Slovenia, so 22 percent VAT is shown on the quote and the invoice. For business clients outside the EU, and for VAT-registered businesses in other EU member states, the reverse charge applies and no Slovenian VAT is charged.

The next step

The prices above are indicative; your number is a single one

Tell us what you need and you get an itemized proposal saying what is included and what is not.

You receive the proposal the same day as the call, or the next at the latest, not a week later with different numbers. If a service is not worth it for you, we say so before the proposal.

  • Prices exclude VAT; 22 percent is added on the invoice
  • On projects, payment in phases can be arranged
  • The ad budget is not included; you pay it directly to the platform
