What can a custom hotel platform do that an off-the-shelf one cannot? For a four-star hotel we built a custom platform with AI inside it. Off-the-shelf tools require the hotel to adapt to them; here it was the other way round. One of the largest development projects we have delivered.

Can a TV commercial be made without a film crew? We produced the commercial with AI and it aired on TV Slovenija 2. No studio, no crew, no shooting days, at a quality national television accepts for broadcast.

How much time does a single manual task swallow? At this agency, roughly 90 hours a month. Every week data was retyped between systems because none of them talked to each other. After the automation the people and the workload stayed the same, and the retyping was gone.

A catalog this size is not managed one page at a time, so the category structure was the first job, not the last.

What does a fashion store starting from nothing need? We built the store from the very beginning, from the catalog structure and the buying journey through to payments and shipping. The work continued after launch, because a store is not finished when it opens; that is when it starts.

How does a Slovenian store sell across the border too? The store sells in Slovenian and English from the same catalog. Two languages are not two translations but two versions of every product, which have to stay in sync on every price or stock change.

What changes when a store sells in Arabic? The store for the United Arab Emirates market runs in Arabic, English and Slovenian. Arabic is written right to left, so this is not only translating the text but a layout that has to turn around with it.
